Unfortunately with this app, you won't be able to export every field from your apple watch, however you will be able to export fields such as:
- Active Calories
- Resting Calories
- Steps
- Distance
- Flights Climbed
- Heart Rate
- Blood Pressure
- Calories
- Weight
- BMI
- and more...
So how do you get this app? Simply go to the app store from your Apple iPhone and search for "QS Access". Once you download the app, you select the fields that you would like to export and select, "Create Table". Next, turn all the categories on from your Health app and select "Allow". The app will then start collecting and exporting your data and placing it into a spreadsheet. Once it has completed, simply click the share button on the bottom left corner of the app and choose how you'd like to send the data.
The exported data will be in a .csv format, so you can then choose the application you'd like to view it in. You should be able to open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, notepad, and even from a cellular device.
